The Yamaha YSL‑356R is one of Yamaha’s most respected intermediate F‑attachment tenor trombones, designed for advancing players who need a horn that feels professional without the weight or resistance of a true large‑bore orchestral instrument. A medium‑bore Bb/F tenor trombone built for students moving into higher‑level ensemble playing. It’s known for smooth slide action, easy response, and warm, centered tone, making it ideal for concert band, jazz band, and early orchestral repertoire. This instrument has been serviced by our technicians and is in excellent playing condition. The Trombone does have lacquer wear in all the usual places for a used instrument. It comes in a hard case and includes Bach 5G mouthpiece, cleaning rod and a lyre.
