FAQ’s

Since you’re Horn Hospital, L.L.C. does that mean you only repair horns?

No, we have a full service repair shop for all woodwind, brass and string instruments. We also have a lease to purchase program for band/orchestra instruments and guitars. We stock many intermediate and pro line instruments, offer instrument consignment services and sell a myriad of instrumental supplies and books. If you don’t see it- we can probably order it!

How much will it cost to have my horn repaired?

We base our pricing on an hourly rate plus parts. Until we see your horn in person, we cannot give you an estimate, but we’ll be happy to give you a free estimate once we see it.

Help! I’m trying to get to you and I’m on a dirt road, is this possible?

Yes. Mapquest and many GPS systems take you the most direct route, which from the West Shore Area, is indeed a dirt road. If you stay on Miller’s Gap Road, you will reach Rt. 850. Your best bet is to print the directions from our website.
