When a new or used instrument is purchased at Horn Hospital, L.L.C. a buyer has up to three days after purchase to return the instrument. Buyer is responsible for cost of instrument in case of damage or loss.<\/p>\n

In Store Purchases<\/h3>\n

If the instrument is purchased in the store, your three days start the day you purchased the instrument. <\/p>\n

Over Phone Purchases<\/h3>\n

If you purchased the instrument via phone, and it was shipped to your home, then your three days start the day the instrument was delivered to your home. <\/p>\n

Returns via Shipment<\/h3>\n

For instruments that are returned via shipment; buyer is responsible for paying the return shipment fee. Buyer must return instrument in original or like packaging of original shipment. Buyer must provide retail value insurance coverage.<\/p>\n
